ORDERS

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Most orders ship within 1 – 2 business days.

We currently do not ship outside the contiguous U.S.

All orders require bank authorization before processing. Only authorized transactions will be shipped.

eGift Cards are sent via email. 

Order Processing
Once your order ships, you can track its delivery status by clicking the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that some carriers may take up to 24 business hours to update tracking information after shipment.

Order Changes + Cancellations
If you wish to make changes to your order, or cancel your order, contact hello@thesensoryriot.com immediately and will do our best to to assist.

If your order has already been processed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.

If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or individual items may be canceled by The Sensory Riot for a variety of reasons, including:

  • The item(s) are no longer available
  • Issues processing payment information
  • Shipping address cannot be verified or fulfilled
  • Duplicate order detected
  • Cancellation requested by the customer

If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notification explaining the reason. You will not be charged for any canceled items.
