If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, provided your return meets the guidelines below.
Eligibility
Refunds are offered on eligible items purchased from The Sensory Riot Online on new, unopened, and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Ineligible Items
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not permitted on eGift cards, free items, sale items, final sale items, promotional items, Customizable Discovery Sets, items no longer in new, unopened, and unused condition, or products purchased from retailers other than thesensoryriot.com. If you return any portion of an order ineligible for a return, The Sensory Riot Online is not obligated to return the item(s) or issue a refund.
Returns
Once we receive your returned item(s), a credit will be issued to the original form of payment, and you will receive a refund confirmation email. If your return is received after 14 days of delivery, a refund is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of The Sensory Riot Online.
Shipping charges are only refunded if the return is a result of our error. We are not able to accept returns for products purchased through our retail partners. For these purchases, please contact the original store directly.
Customers are responsible for costs associated with shipping returns back to The Sensory Riot Online.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account. If your order was paid using a split payment option, the refund will be applied first to the credit/debit card or bank-issued gift card, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your eGift Card. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.
Gift Items
