SHIPPING

Shipping 
Shipping fees are charged per order. Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75. Shipping rates for orders under $75 are charged a flat rate of $8.  

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses within a single order. To send items to different locations, please place separate orders. Please double check all address details to prevent delays or delivery issues.

Once an order has shipped, tracking and final delivery are handled by the carrier and are outside of our control. At this time, we cannot replace packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Delivery
Most orders arrive within 3 – 5 business days after processing, though carrier transit times may vary. Deliveries to rural or remote destinations may require additional time. Delivery esitmates are subject to change. For the most accurate status, refer to the tracking link inluded in your shipping confirmation email.

Tracking
Once your order has ships, you will receive a link with a tracking number to view live updates directly from the carrier.

Missing Items 
If items appear missing from your order, email hello@thesensoryriot.com within 14 days of delivery. Before reaching out, please compare the items received with your order to your confirmation email. Note that items listed in your order confirmation were not a part of your purchase. 

Some items may ship separately. You will will receive a separate shipment confirmation and tracking link for each package.

Promotional items are available while supplies last and may be omitted if out of stock or if your order did not qualify. 

Wrong Items
If you received an incorrect item, email hello@thesensoryriot.com within 14 days of delivery.  

Damaged Items
If any part of your order arrives damaged, email hello@thesensoryriot.com within 14 days of delivery, and include your order number, and a photo of the damage. We cannot assume responsibililty for damage occuring after items have been removed from their original packaging.

Please Note
The Sensory Riot Online monitors all reports of lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items to prevent misuse. Issues must be reported immediately upon receipt of your shipment. Please retain all items, including packaging and the shipping box, when reporting any problem. The Sensory Riot Online reserves the right to limit or deny re-shipments or refunds at its sole discretion in all cases.
